The Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks will be featured on HBO’s Hard Knocks, HBO and NFL Films announced Tuesday.

Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Seattle Seahawks will debut at 9 p.m. EDT Aug. 11. Additional episodes will premiere every Tuesday through Sept. 8.

HBO and NFL Films also announced that the New England Patriots, who lost to the Seahawks in Super Bowl LX, will be featured on Hard Knocks in 2027.

The Seahawks will be the first Super Bowl champions featured on the show since the Baltimore Ravens in 2001. HBO said its all-access coverage from Seahawks training camp in Renton, Wash. will feature coach Mike MacDonald, quarterback Sam Darnold, wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba and defenders Devon Witherspoon and Byron Murphy II, among others.

Actor Liev Schreiber will return as narrator for Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Seattle Seahawks. The Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Chargers were among the teams recently featured in the series.

The NFL announced Wednesday that the Seahawks will open the 2026 regular-season with a Wednesday, Sept. 9 matchup in Seattle. The Seahawks’ opponent for the 8:20 p.m. EDT meeting at Lumen Field will be announced later this spring. The game will air on NBC and Peacock.
