The Tennessee Titans agreed to a one-year contract with free agent wide receiver K.J. Osborn, a league source told UPI on Wednesday.
Osborn, 28, did not appear in an NFL game last season. He started the year with the Washington Commanders, but failed to make their roster out of training camp. Osborn later spent time with the Atlanta Falcons’ practice squad.
The fifth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft spent his first four seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. Osborn logged a career-high 655 yards and seven scores off 50 catches over 17 appearances in 2021. He totaled 165 catches for 1,902 yards and 16 scores through his first 67 appearances in the NFL.
Osborn spent part of the 2024 campaign with the New England Patriots. He was claimed off waivers by the Commanders later that year.
He will now enter a Titans wide receivers room that features Calvin Ridley, Wan’Dale Robinson, Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike, among others. Robinson joined the Titans through a four-year, $85 million contract in free agency.
Tight end Chig Okonko led the Titans with 56 catches and 560 receiving yards last season. Ayomanor led Titans wide receivers with 515 yards. He also tied Dike with a team-high four touchdown catches.
Okonkwo left the Titans last month to sign a three-year, $27 million contract with the Commanders.
The 2025 Titans (3-14) totaled the second-fewest yards, including the third-fewest passing yards, in the NFL.
